Description
Overview
The Customer Service Representative’s (CSR) main function is to ensure that each customer’s experience with the company is consistent, smooth, and pleasant. Because the CSR is often the first contact a customer has with the company, it is extremely important that the CSR be friendly, helpful, and establish a positive first impression.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet customers
2. Manage telephone traffic in a polite, cheerful manner
3. Schedule appointments for estimates
4. Collect customer information and enter data in management system
5. Obtain all signatures, work authorizations, power of attorneys, pre-inspection checklists
Basic Requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written skills, detail oriented, punctual. Ability to maintain professionalism at all times, including all dealings with customers. Personality must be such that he or she continues to excel even at peak business hours. Three years experience in a service role preferred. Experienced with Microsoft Office.
