Description
Overview
The Office Manager (OM) is in direct control of, and has direct responsibility for, all front office activities and personnel. The importance of this position cannot be overstated, as the OM controls the quality of service our customers receive. The OM is expected to perform all the duties of a Customer Service Representative. In addition, the OM oversees the “behind the scenes” flow of paperwork for both customers and location employees.
Key Responsibilities
1. Check all job costing and supplement handling and organize completed file
2. Prepare final customer documentation
3. Close repair orders for completed jobs
4. Review and manage accounts receivable
5. Prepare payroll
6. Forward vendor statements to corporate office for payment
7. Prepare bank deposits
8. Manage Customer Service Representatives for results
Basic Requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written skills, detail oriented, punctual. Three to five years experience with customer service and accounts management responsibility preferred.
