Overview
The Customer Service Manager (CSM) is our primary contact with the customer. The CSM is responsible for coordinating all the activities and resources necessary to fulfill the customer’s requirements from the point an estimate is requested to the time the repaired vehicle is delivered. Due to the responsibilities and repeated contact with the customer inherent in this position, the CSM creates a lasting positive impression of our company.
Basic Requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written skills, detail oriented, punctual. Ability to maintain professionalism at all times. Personality must be such that he or she continues to excel even at peak business hours. Three years experience in a service role preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office beneficial. Experience with Vehicle estimating also beneficial. I-CAR certification is mandatory within one year of employment; state appraiser’s license required within six (6) months of employment, if required.
